Defective merchandises are subject to refund within 30 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn.The size data of each garment on the website is measured according to the actual size of the product. Please check the size chart carefully to choose the right products.We will not accept any complaint and compensation for size error caused by personal reasons.Only accept size changing service.After receiving the goods, it's not a quality problem,It's just because of personal reasons that I don't like it,No return is allowed.

Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
Once we have received your emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.
Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
Once we receive all the relevant information and confirm it, we can allow the return and replacement. The customer is responsible for the return of freight charges. The returned products should be in the same state as they were sent out, should not be worn or washed, and should be labeled.
Promotional products are not returned or exchanged.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have accept the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns & Refunds Fee
Contact customer service to return according to the actual postage generated by the actual return, We will refund your original payment account within three working days.
Please note the following product return requirements:
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;
Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging,
accessories and embellishments fully intact;
Gift cards,formal dress, jewelry, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.
If it is our company's problem, we will take full responsibility and we will allow return to our warehouse for refund or exchange. Once we have received the item, we will refund the full price of the original product plus shipping, or resend for a free replacement. This solution is only applicable if Allyzone is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.
Order error (item size)
We can also allow returns if a customer orders an incorrect size or product. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for the replacement (to and from our warehouse). If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the product price. But the shipping fee is not refundable.
If the customer decides they no longer need the item or just want a replacement, they can report to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

For returns due to consumer reasons, the freight will be borne by the consumer. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.
